You must generally:

If you hold a 494 visa:

You must generally:

  • Have held an eligible Subclass 494 visa for at least 3 years

  • Have complied with your visa conditions and regional employment requirements

  • Meet health and character requirements

Important Information

There is no minimum taxable income threshold requirement for the Subclass 191 visa.

However, you must demonstrate that you have complied with the conditions of your regional provisional visa and meet all other requirements at the time of application.
